Led the agile implementation that successfully launched on their web properties, Portable IDs for social networking and game console-like behavior for user engagement. Result: increase in traffic (90%), engagement (62%), and Alexa ranking (31%).
Product Management: Contributed directly to the management of two products — bHive and unfuse.com — from concept to release. Launched bHive for enterprise as a SaaS provider of unified web marketing solutions and online communities. Rolled-out unfuse.com alpha as a consumer service that enables users to compare products and services before they buy with the help of their trusted network. Strategy and Business Development: Formulated the go-to-market strategy for bHive. Laid the roadmap for or established partnerships with best on-demand solutions for analytics, campaign management, content delivery, online/live events, CRM, and e-learning assessments. Acquired the first 10 customers for bHive. Technology and Tools: Leveraged Apache projects, MySQL, Java, Ruby-on-Rails, Adobe/Flex, Amazon EC2, S3, Google, Pentaho BI, Salesforce.com, Akamai CDN. Embraced Agile software development and cloud computing services to continually enhance the value of bHive on-demand solution.
