Sales Operations Manager
* Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and yearly deliveries to fulfill company targets. * Manage sales operations activities that improve operational efficiency within the organization. * Implement and standardize sales data gathered from various processes and systems. * Participate in and drives strategic discussions around business activities. * Identify and recommend productivity improvement opportunities. * Track sales performance of the organization against strategic and tactical objectives. * Oversee key sales operations activities and continuous improvement of processes. * Manage process and reporting activities to include productivity, quality compliance, training and/or efficiency, etc. * Analyze, visualize data, communicate processes and results to provide decision support to senior management and executives. * Identify sales operational inefficiencies as well as best practices and drive improvement initiatives with senior management and operations teams. * Act as a liaison and interface cross-functionally to maintain communication between business sales operations groups at dealerships. * Work with cross-functional groups to ensure all documents and tools are kept up to date and communicated in a timely fashion. * Participate in the development of overall objectives and long-term goals of the organization. * Execute project plans to roll out new/enhanced process or systems capability. * Follow up Forecasting Cycle. * Ensure adherence to the integrity policy, quality, and regulatory standards. * Ensure full compliance in all activities.
