With over nine years of international experience in the IT industry holding positions in business development, consulting, project and product management; I bring in a wealth of knowledge and experience to innovative and forward thinking types of organizations. With two degrees from Concordia University – bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in strategy – I cultivated a solid academic background in both technical and management areas. My academic credentials supported with rich international work experiences makes me an excellent candidate for a variety of technical and management positions.
I have participated in numerous SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle implementations with Fortune 500 companies in different industries and geographies (as a project leader and/or as a consultant) including Motorola, adidas Group, Australia Post, Credit Suisse, Toys R Us, RBC Financial Services, Japan Tobacco International, Al-Futtaim Group, Barcalys, Research in Motion, Euro Disney, Astellas, and Merck just to name a few. Having worked closely with customers helped me better understand software products and solutions and how they are used in the market place to add value and fulfill business needs. It also provided me with a great insight into customer pain points. Reputed as a customer advocate and recognized for commitment to usability and ability to develop new capabilities from existing technologies.Distinguished for getting involved in highly critical and sensitive accounts/projects and turning them around into success – “put out the fire champion”. My diversified background helped me in my recent business development role in achieving pre-defined sales targets and objectives. During my employment at Nakisa Inc., the company went through a major growth period from a small-size firm of less than 50 employees to a medium-size firm of more than 200 employees, via the signing of a tier-1 reseller agreement with SAP – the world’s largest seller of business software and Oracle’s number 1 competitor. During this period, I played a vital role in establishing new processes and procedures to manage growth challenges and expected resistance to change.
I honed excellent business judgment and instinct with strong problem solving skills. Exceptionally talented in customer interactions, with excellent and effective communication skills.
