A distinguished financial executive, Bart A. Grenier began working in the field of investment management in the mid-1980s after a period as a chemical engineer. In 1986, Bart A. Grenier accepted a position as Equity Analyst at National Life Investment Management Company, Inc. After a year, he took on the position of Vice President and Senior High Yield Analyst at Duff & Phelps Corp. Bart A. Grenier joined the Fidelity Management & Research Company team in 1991 as Senior High Yield Analyst, taking on positions of increasing responsibility over the course of the next 15 years. As Director of High Income Research, he managed a sizeable research staff and oversaw $6 billion worth of products in the company. Grenier was later promoted to the position of Senior Vice President and Head of the High Income Division, and in this role, he held responsibility for a group with about $20 billion in investment capital. From 2000 to 2005, he performed as Senior Vice President and Voting Shareholder and controlled investment assets totaling $550 billion. During his tenure at Fidelity, Grenier was actively involved in the company by participating in a number of committees including the National Resource Investment Committee, the Fidelity Distribution Committee, the Fair Value Committee, and the Compliance Steering Committee. Grenier left Fidelity in 2005 to join Deutsche Asset Management as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director, working there till 2011. At Deutsche, he led a team of nearly 300 professionals responsible for a global investment portfolio worth over $250 billion. In 2012, Bart A. Grenier took over the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at The Boston Company Asset Management, LLC.
