  • Collaborated with nearly every major U.S. and Western European bank to designed and developed over fifty data conversion systems allowing bank information to be translated and manipulated into proprietary databases format and reduce human data entry by 80%
  • Designed and developed a Multi-Currency Exchange System that allowed a many-to-many conversion of all globally traded currencies allowing Asset Managers to calculate rates of return on client's portfolio’s regardless of their native currencies
  • Designed and developed Performance Evaluation Reporting System using proprietary DLL's and OLE automation to manipulate Excel and Word applications to create client ready financial performance reports. Allowed MICI to increase business by 40% with no additional staff
  • Played a key role in centralization of MICI Performance Evaluation Processes Consulted with field offices, Global Resource Group and upper management on centralization conversion strategy. Implemented necessary system modifications to handle a centralized facility reducing staff costs for the firm by over $2 million annually
