Currently leading of a big research project, responsible for the concept design and the system architecture of virtual engineering and its establishment into Thyssenkrupp R&D process.
Modeling the architecture of a new generation of safety controllers with high level of integrity according to the IEC 61508 standard.
Designing and implementing a virtual reality 3D experience platform in collaboration with a university, which allows collaboration during research, demonstration of complex issues and scientific visualisation of numerical simulation results.
The platform also allows immersing people into concepts and lets them experience innovation before going to development.
Eliminating the need of an expensive real size prototype was very beneficial for my budget.
And these were decisive contributions to the most famous innovation of the last decade in the elevator industry, Thyssenkrupp's "Multi" .
One of the key performance indicators of a research and innovation center is intellectual property (IP). As the IP Manager my task was to motivate the team, to establish supporting process, and managing the patents portfolio of the unit following the overall IP strategy of the organization.
Within two years I could successfully transform the team's passive IP behaviour into an active and productive one.
