- End to end ownership of products (Lighting, Thermal and Braking Systems) right from Market Research and Analysis, product development, pricing and launch in the Aftermarket
- Observation and analysis of market trends, development of product portfolio as per LEAD Strategy
- Effectively handling negotiations & following-up with different types of professional suppliers/vendors, Hella Singapore and Germany offices
- Coordinating activities for managing countrywide promotion and Launch of New Products
- Preparation of business plan for specified product groups in cooperation with local functions
- Coordinating export orders of localized products- Sending product enquiries and purchase order’s to various Hella locations
- Assisting in quarterly/annual, sales and order planning process
- Monitoring Pan India placing of products- Territory, Distributor, Dealers and Retail counter wise and preparing MIS for Management
- Conducting Technical training for internal sales team as well as Hella Distribution Network.
- Develop Product Packaging as per Hella Guidelines
- Conduct Product Fitment tests, trials and benchmarking against competition
- Quality check of traded products at vendor end. Support vendor to develop process and help improve the level of Quality.
