Staffing: In charge of up to 8 staff members as well as hiring/firing, evaluation, training, scheduling and implemented store policies and procedures.
Inventory Control: Weekly purchase orders, regular core product counts, coordinated and executed storewide quarterly inventory, receiving, and merchandizing.
Marketing: Facilitated special events, attended trade shows, presented store tours to student groups, and developed and implemented in store promotions.
Customer Service: Gave exceptional and personable customer service, implemented and trained staff on customer service guidelines, conflict resolution, product knowledge sessions and organized and ran a customer focus group.
Financial/Administrative: In charge of banking, payroll, paid outs as well as sales analysis, reducing expenditures and basic office duties.
