As a Store Manager I was responsible for overall store operations. This particular location grew from an average of $22,00 per week in sales to $25,000 per week in the time I was there. This was done thru leading various local marketing tactics within the local community. I was responsible for recruiting and hiring exceptional barista's as well as motivating, coaching and teaching. Also had the added responsibility of performance management and seperation of Team Members if needed.
Along with that there were inventory control responsibilities, schedule writing, leading and delegating tasks and the placement of orders. This does not include the many other facets of operating a successful business.
