HR Manager
- Manpower assessment, planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Design and develop Business Driven HR Strategies, Policies, best Practices and Procedures.
- Talent acquisition by attracting the potential applicants through the best sources of recruitment, within the specified budget and time frame. Interview of the applicants of different managerial levels, i.e. GM, DGM, AGM, Sr. PM, Project Managers, Engineers, Foreman, Supervisors..
- Responsible for the Statutory Compliances, i.e. PF, ESI, P. Tax, Registration of Builder and Contractors under the Building and Construction Workers Act.
- Liaise with the various statutory bodies and authorities.
- Identify and assess the employee training needs commensurate with their current job profile and career plan within the organization.
- Develop and design the Training and Development Programs and prepare yearly Training Calendar for the individual and group employees in the organization.
- Responsible for the Organizational Development Activities, Performance Management and Appraisals System, Compensation & benefits, Talent Management, Employee engagement and satisfaction, Rewards, Recognition and Communication.
- Prepare MIS reports on HR activities, opportunities, development plans and achievement within the agreed formats and timescales.
- Goal settings, monthly assessment and meetings with the respective HOD’s for the performance improvement.
- Designing employee feedback Forms, questionnaires, conducting satisfaction surveys, introduce welfare programs, stress management.
- Employee Grievance Handling and Readdressing through Counseling and various motivational programs.
- Contract Labor management.
- Retaining the best talents by introducing the employee engagement and satisfactory program’s in the organization.
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate the organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
