I am Traffic. For the past 20 years I have worked in Accounting, Production and Account Management but my heart is with Traffic. It's what I do. My goal is to further my career in Traffic or Project Management.

At Fitzgerald+CO, Traffic Supervisor is the top slot and there is only one. In addition to supervising two other people, I am responsible for daily trafficking and managing of all accounts (100 - 150 jobs in rotation at once). Current responsibilities include assigning creative teams for all accounts, scheduling jobs, and ensuring all deadlines are met.  I work very closely with the Account, Creative, Interactive and Production departments to ensure a proper workflow throughout the agency. I have been instrumental with helping to develop an interactive team as well as integrating the interactive department into the workflow process. Other responsibilities include managing freelance and reconciling with HR department. I am responsible for multiple agency accounts including Amway Global, Black & Decker, Coca-Cola, Cryovac Packaging, Intercontinental Hotels Group, National Kidney Foundation, Navy Federal Credit Union, Nutrilite, Old Dominion Freight Line, Pergo Floors, Quikrete Concrete, St. Joseph's Hospital, Tennessee Valley Authority, United Way and all New Business pitches.

Responsible for daily trafficking and managing the Coca-Cola business as well as several pro-bono accounts. Responsibilities included opening jobs, assigning creative teams and ensuring all deadlines were met. Managed both Print and Broadcast through to Production (average of 1500 jobs per year).  Organized status meetings every two weeks with the Account Management Team and Traffic & Talent departments.  Also provided assistance to Director of Traffic for Amsouth, Aruba, Cryovac Packaging, Durex, Georgia Lottery, Haverty’s, Southern Company, New Business and many others.   Promoted to Traffic Supervisor, August 2006
