¶ Actively manage the Corporate Online banking platform(Straight2Bank) for both Commercial and Business Client segments; Client On-boarding and Implementation.
¶ Ensuring proper due diligence(KYC, CDD, Signature verification) on instruments/documents for client implementation by preventing operational risk.
¶ Token inventory and proper electronic archiving of client's documents(iCDMS).
¶ E-payment solutions for both CC and BC segments; RTGS, NEFT, IBFT, Cheque payments.
¶ Dormancy to Activation ratio which once stood at 41:59 was effectively managed to 29:71 through a strategic framework of consistent client engagement.
¶ Client service Management: Online profile amendment, online account/ user addition, signing matrix amendment, token activation and re-configuration, password reset.
¶ Actively sold the Online Banking Platform as a channel to customers through consistent client engagements, training(live demo), as well as presentations. This saw an increase in our existing online active client base by over 30% year to date.
