Developed metircs demonstrating a variety of processes and opportunities for improvement, such as cycletime, quality defects, on-time deliveries, etc. Then established improvement identifiers which resulted in a 3 month peroid a reductio of cycletime of 15%, reduction in quality defects by 10%, and an increase of on-time deliveries by 20%.

Worked with Operation and sales in develoing an improved JIT process from order entry through final product deliveries.
