Responsible for construction management, strategic development, client relations, branding and naming rights. CSPEC is a team of like mined individuals who have identified and implemented a comprehensive and affordable project model for municipalities in NorthAmerica to build and operate youth tournament sports facilities, an eight billion dollar industry(as of 2014) in North America alone. We have structured the company to operate as a not for profit corporation so as to ensure all profits are reinvested into the local community and it's youth.

We have formulated what we believe is the most comprehensive and cost effective method of introducing modern tournament sports facilities to underserved communities as well as those who may need a freshener for existing facilities. This program is tailored for youth sports but can be easily adapted to serve active seniors and general community sports needs as well. Most importantly, the program provides for the ancillary infrastructure that will generate additional tax dollars and provide a methodology that enables each component to feed off of another to maximize revenue potential.

The members of our team are some of the best in their respective disciplines, ranging from land planning, architectural design, construction management, and facility operations. With some proprietary financial models and extensive research/planning, we have put together some of the most innovative development processes in the industry. Having spent almost a year in the strategic planning process, we are in the midst of finalizing programming/design of our first two facilities and currently have eight new locations in planning/entitlement stages.

JCI is a boutique financial consulting firm that has specialized in M&A as well as financial restructuring. In conjunction with Diamante Global, we have provided equity, mezzanine, and conventional debt financing for a variety of clients in Latin America as well as sub-Sahara Africa. In the past fifteen years, we have closed debt and equity transactions in excess of $250M.

Diamante Global, SA  was a consultancy and service firm providing an extremely focused skill set to real estate development clients in North America, Latin America and select clientele in Africa with a focus on hospitality and golf resort development. We provide new strategies, methodologies and product positioning for “new build” and "troubled" projects that may need restructuring or turnarounds that are looking for traction and profitability. On behalf of our clients, we properly programed, positioned, planned, and executed development plans as well as arranged for capital infusion when necessary. We were able to provide the personalized and focused service that ensures that projects get done on time and under budget. Our ability to get quality projects financed, entitled and properly positioned in the marketplace is our core competency and the primary reason for our continued success with numerous Fortune 500 corporations with whom we were proud to count as clients. I have managed and completed over 23 major projects spanning three continents with a combined value of over $1.6B in the last fourteen years.

Planned, programmed, funded, and managed a startup marketing organization that sold fresh market specialty berries(red, gold, and black raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries) on behalf of growers in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Mexico, Guatemala, Chile, and Argentina. Through a strategic planning and marketing process, we grew the company from first year sales of 600, 000 units to over 4MM units in the sixth year of operations resulting in over $80MM in revenue annually. Established central salesoffices in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Portland, OR. Sold the company to Argentinian employees and private investors in. Acted in a consultant role with the company in to facilitate the transition before ultimately retiring from the industry
