o Planning implementing competitive recruitment activities and benefit, compensation package within constrain of industry’s guidelines and in compliance to LIAM, MTA BNM guidelines o Support dependency from backrooms and system in meeting respective clients expectation in term of data required, response time and standard of services o Lead and manage a team of officers account managers in Recruitment, (Insurance) Unit o Communicate, implement and monitor recruitment, package action plan and strategies with team members o Analyze the competitive environment, industry trends and market requirements and provide workaround solution. o Build and develop rapport with Branch Management, Agency Development Unit, Intermediary Agency Department and other related units to cultivate and maintain long term strategy relationship o Ensure business growth based on new manpower intake and competitive benefit, compensation package to boost production o Constant interaction with industry relevant authorities and agency association in obtaining latest approved guidelines with regards to recruitment, package o Develop and design recruitment tools and competitive benefit, compensation package
