Bematech is brazilian's commercial automation leading company, delivering hardware, software and services to increase the efficiency in retail stores. With a strong presence all over Brazil, Bematech is strenghtening its presence worldwide through offices on USA, Germany, Argentina and Taiwan.Since June 2008 I am a full-time team member on the Oracle EBS R12 implementation project, acting as the project's HR. My challenges are:

  • Teambuilding and¬†coaching,
  • Wages analysis,
  • Providing training to¬†EBS's end-users;
  • Rellocating the project team members back on the organization when the project finishes.

As an HR Business Partner, from March to June 2008, I attended the Sales&Marketing and Corporate Issues areas in human resources issues as:

  • Spreading HR policies,
  • Recruitment & selection,
  • Training needs assessment,
  • Coaching,
  • Wages & benefits,
  • Performance evaluation;
  • Organizational climate.

Termotecnica is brazilian's leading company in EPS (expandable polystyrene, also known as styrofoam) transformation. Producing a wide range of EPS products, Termotecnica is present in different markets as packaging and construction.

  • Trainees Program implementation, defining its concepts, conducting the selection process, providing coaching and training, and helping the board on the positioning of these professionals on the organization;
