·Established a major holding company, launched, developed and controlled the business. Conducted staff recruitment, held the control of budgeting and finance and implemented a comprehensive IT system.

·Having launched the construction side of the business, saved 70% on the cost of the premises compared to average market cost.

·Initiated food delivery services from the company’s outlets which created a 25% increase in sales of the retail chain.

·Managed the day to day operation of the taxi service which was comprised of 25 vehicles.

·Devoted 16-20 hours a month to the training of employees. Built a skilled team of 150 all of whom were retained by the company who ultimately purchased the business.

·Implemented an ERP-system for operational management of supermarkets from a central office.
