Gross sales of $358,000 thousand and 8 employees in 4 crews. Customers are local residences and local businesses.

Created autonomous entity by building Lawn and Landscape Division to implement corporate goals of diversification. Strategically forcasted, planned and achieved an increase in landscape division revenues from $0 to $358,000 with 8 employees over six years. Created and implemented logistics management software to consolidate purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and distribution of fertilization, pest control, weed control and landscaping materials. Modified company direction, initially by providing training programs, improving recruiting and implementing an ERP system. Introduced and implemented custom database software that allowed for speedy design of equipment tailored to customer needs and specifications. Developed proprietary database program that streamlined product manufacturing.Drove supply chain management process and planning by introduction of sales forecast system. Instrumental in establishing formal HR policies, job descriptions, pay scale, and annual written performance reviews.

Perfomed duties as a senior team member for EDI system integrations utilizing core EDI translation software for mapping and conversion of custom layout invoices, purchase orders and various other digitally formatted documents. I performed database administrator duties by utilizing Oracle 8i, 9i products on Red Hat Linux and SQL Server 7.0 and 2000 on Windows Servers. I created stored procedures, set triggers and conducted performance monitoring and enhancements to database continuity and speed. I performed network administration duties by supporting Red Hat Linux 7.0, Windows NT 4.0, 2000 and 2003 server. I also performed administration with Exchange 5.5, SMS, IIS and Apache software. Configured, Implemented and supported Cisco Pix Firewall, Cisco 2500/4000 Series Routers, 18 Port T-3 Qwest CSU / DSU unit. Implemented and supported C2 Security firewall levels utilizing Cisco Pix and Checkpoint appliance units. Provided desktop support for 250 workstations utilizing NT 4.0 Workstation, Windows 2000 Pro, Windows XP Pro, Red Hat 7.0 and Suse Linux.
