2009-2010:

  • Led Exact Data Matching project to implement new EDMs by optimizing and constructing database queries, expanding coverage, closing coverage gaps and automating indexing
  • Implemented infrastructure projects to install DLP (Vontu) monitors in international locations and expand Data at Rest and Data in Motion coverage
  • Conducted proof of concept on open source NPI scanner, with plan to evaluate software on MAC OS to expand existing coverage and optimize NPI scanning methods
  • Authored business requirements documents, project charters and obtained funding for projects totaling ~$500K, submitted for an additional ~$500K for future projects

  • Designed new infrastructure architecture and purchased servers/IT equipment needed for expansion. Arranged for collocation of production equipment at a secure facility, point to point connection and ISP. Researched offsite solutions for intrusion detection and set up in house hosting.
  • Constructed application development system with separate development, testing and production environments.
  • Within 5 months, architected, developed, built and deployed a proprietary enterprise e-commerce application.This B2B variable data print system for fulfillment of online print jobs generated a quarter of a $1MM in sales per year from 300 franchises nationwide, provided PDF soft proofs of documents online, and interfaced with back-end ticketing system for in-shop workflow.
  • Created backend reporting system for key client, one of the country's largest healthcare services distributors.Developed Web presence for local restaurant that attracted substantial new business. Produced custom application for direct marketing purposes that allowed custom landing pages with a personal URL for each customer.
  • Designed/developed print portal application to permit FTP upload of files upon authentication, as well as a back end administration system to track company orders and manage the internal workflow from each department.

2000-2004:

  •  Built approximately 30 Websites with components such as streaming media, Macromedia Shockwave presentations, PowerPoint slides, image libraries and galleries, informational Web content, games, dynamic data driven presentations, Web forms, authentication modules, real-time assessments, transcripts and completion certificates.
  • Saved company from purchasing $50K software package by developing a custom slide/image library application that enabled medical professionals to select and download images into PowerPoint slide sets from a library of images. Users could also upload new images to the online libraries. Systemwas honored by the National Health Information Awards Program.
  • Created comprehensive online assessment tools for CME/CE certifications of medical professionals, eliminating need to hire experts to construct exams.
  • Built, installed, configured, managed and maintained all database systems.
  • Transcribed medical lectures captured from conferences and produced online transcripts that were downloadable and printable for presentations.
  • Developed online document summary sites with presentations from national conferences of major clients, including American Heart Association, NASPE, American Diabetes Association and American College of Physicians.
