  • Developed and implemented an effective due diligence program and database analyzing and calculating Operational, Fiduciary, Documentary, Anti Money Laundering and Credit Risk for each product deal in Offshore and Alternative Investment Services.
  • As VP of Operations and Risk Management, serve as integral member of Client Deal Team; reviewing and approving all new business including reviewing and effecting change to Fund prospectuses and ancillary documentation. 
  • Key decision maker and negotiator on all contracts including fee and service level negotiations; Lead all due diligence reviews on 3rd Party Managers, ensuring risk compliance and proper anti money laundering procedures in place.
  • Implemented effective Risk Control Self Assessment Program to further monitor ongoing risk against established parameters.
  • Lead Risk Analysis and implementation for incoming Alternative Investment Products of newly acquired Company.
  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of a Hedge Fund of Fund Administration and Custody Servicing model for State Street's Alternative Investment Services Division; resulting in margins as percentage of revenue in excess of 50% within this high margin industry. Generated revenues of $8 million with $20 billion in assets under Custody
  • Change Management initiatives leading to the creation of a center of excellence for Alternative Investment Servicing.
  • Reduced expenses significantly and increased revenues between same periods during 2005 and 2006. Realized increase in margin as percentage of revenue of 37% in 2nd quarter 2006 over 2nd quarter 2005, and 28% in 1st quarter 2006 over 1st quarter 2005, surpassing expectations. Realized 12 consecutive quarters of increased revenue and profitability, with net revenue margins at 63%.
  • Increased revenue opportunities in excess of $3 million US per year by leading the conversion and transfer of assets of newly acquired company; evaluated current operating processes to determine future of continued operations.
  • Led and facilitated formation of support servicing group out of Toronto for US Prime Brokerage business. Collaborated with colleagues in Toronto, Boston, and New York to ensure efficiency in results and successfully structure and institute operating servicing model over a 10-month period.
  • Altered traditional hedge fund services model by creating and executing revolutionary original reporting and fund operation solutions that maintained integrity of controls and procedures. Resulting proposal brought together prime brokerage detail with loan servicing detail on a single report and led to additional revenues of $950,000 US.
  • Recipient of the Chairman's Winner's Circle award as a key contributor to State Street's successful bid and win, providing full administration, accounting,securities lending and custody services to Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, one of Canada's largest Pension Plans.
