Project Coordinator

- Support the Project Manger with the day to day project operations
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Assist Project Manager in preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, Quotations
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
- Prepare price comparison of similar projects for analysis and future negotiation of new projects
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
- Prepare offers for Supervisory services to clients
- Review verification of supervisory and commissioning invoices
- Reviewing and approving supplier invoices and coordinate payments
- Assist in format and edit specs of offers, tenders and contracts
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans
- Assist in team goals through supporting of projects related to the following areas: planning & programming, maintaining supplier's information, following up and keeping track of contact compliance of suppliers/ contractors
- Involved in coordinating projects from inception to completion
- Communicating with project manager to report on project status
