- Performing Food & Beverage Operations including Greeting, Seating, Taking Order, Billing, Clearing & Expeditor.
- Responsible for Set-up of Restaurant & Buffet.
- Assisting Room Service & Mini Bar Team when required.
- Handling Guest, escorting them and explaining about the products and services we offer.
- Handling Station and guiding new associates.
- Interacting with Guest and gathering feedback and helping supervisor to make action plan.
- Ensuring complete guest satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations.
