Work History

Aug 2015 - Nov 2015
Atlantic Virtual Inc.

My previous employment as a supervisor entailed generating sales/leads for Solar America, who established their campaign in Providence, at Atlantic Virtual Inc. (AVI).  My job included the hands on training of my fellow employees, teaching them to use the sales script with the correct approach for customers.

Jul 2014 - Dec 2014
Kaieteur News

My employment at Kaieteur News equipped me with valuable skills of communication, due to my everyday interaction with people from all corners of society, who made the news.

Being a journalist thought me to accurately comprehend and carefully explain situations through my writing, so that my stories were easily understood and enjoyed by the public. I was able to improve my patience, respect and discipline during my time in the profession.

I learnt the 'etiquette of the office', which includes multi-tasking well and maintaining healthy relationships with employees and employers. I was also taught the importance of completing tasks punctually and properly. I believe that this experience can allow me to set a productive pace for any office environment.

Jun 2012 - Sep 2012
