About Austin Rolnick

After earning a bachelor of arts in business administration with an emphasis on finance and real estate investment from the University of Miami, Austin Rolnick joined Typhon Realty in Mountainside, New Jersey. As managing member of the company, he participates in numerous real estate transactions, many of which are worth millions of dollars. In this role, Austin Rolnick must pay attention to the various external conditions affecting the real estate industry so that he can properly guide his firm and its investment dollars. Factors such as economic rates in specific regions, demographic shifts throughout the United States, and the decline in home ownership can affect how and where a real estate firm directs its money.

Throughout his tenure with Typhon Realty, Rolnick has aided on numerous important ventures. Shortly after accepting his position, he took part in Typhon's acquisition of Skyline Plaza. This 60,000-square-foot office building in West Orange, New Jersey, required $6 million in financing, and he belonged to the team that raised $2 million in equity capital. This money also enabled the building to undergo a complete renovation, including replacement of the mechanical and HVAC systems. The following year, Austin Rolnick assisted during Typhon's expansion into Florida. This endeavor involved the purchases of a 94-unit residential apartment building in Palm Beach County and a 35,000-square-foot office building in Fort Lauderdale.
