Skills and Attributes

Professional Communication Skills

As a criminal justice student, I have developed the necessary skills to effectively communicate with citizens, co-workers, and the media.

Risk Assessment Skills

From a background in safety, I can take a step back from the situation and look at the bigger picture to assess future or present problems.

Leadership Skills

From having the experience of being the team captain of my football team, I learned a tremendous amount of what it means to be a true leader. Throughout my journey I found that you don't have to be the most vocal person to be considered a leader, but instead lead by example through ones own actions.

Vigilant Driver

Being a vigilant driver is an important skill for police officers to possess. I have received my Smith Drivers Training certificate from Target Safety in 2014. The course taught me how to drive defensively, efficiently, and respectfully while operating company vehicles.

Punctual, Athletic, Respectful, Honest, Loyal,  adaptable, reliable, and Courageous

Some of my favourite hobbies and interests include football, playing guitar, mix martial arts, watching/playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
