Skills

Skills

Legal Sense/Logical Thinking

I have actively participated in British Parliamentary Debating for 4 years and won various award nationwide and internationally, which helped greatly to enhance my abilities of logical thinking. As a law student, I also read extensively to think and handle things in a better legal sense.

IP/Litigation

My past internships and experiences has proven my skills in handling IP and litigation. Litigation is where my passion lies, while my engineering background facilitates my career in IP greatly. I also attended several IP courses in Columbia Law School and completed with excellency. This gave me a chance to gain an insight of international trend of IP issues.

Team player/Team Leader

During my Post-grad period, I have attended in several research group, including the IP Law academic research group (in software patentability) led by Professor ZHANG Naigen. For my under-grad period, I was part of the Student Union, English Debate Association and Model UN Club, which offered me extensive opportunities to work with some of the most excellent minds in school. I later became leader of all these teams.
