•  Was one of twenty individuals offered a position out of an applicant pool of over 300 candidates.

•    Successfully completed Verizon Wireless' month long training on Call Sequencing, call resolution, call control, de-escalation techniques, and a variety of other call-center metrics.

•    Two weeks out of training, successfully collected over $60,000 in delinquent payments utilizing persuasive, phone-based negotiation techniques.

•    Balanced company priorities ad superior customer-service skills to retain customers and drive revenue.
