Created course specific curriculum and aligned overall program outcomes to local industry needs. Constructed and delivered lectures on topics which included introductory business, history, flight dispatch, safety and human factors, and thermodynamics.
Lead client engagements for a top-tier boutique advisory firm focused in the aviation and aerospace sector. Projects included negotiating multi-billion contract, evaluating merger synergies, conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions, forecasting demand for services and developing new strategies for clients that included airlines, maintenance providers, aerospace manufacturers & suppliers as well as investors such as private equity firms.
Executed competitive aircraft marketing analysis for Bombardiers' CSeries aircraft, a new 100-149 seat commercial jetliner. Represented the program at conferences, tradeshows, and regional airline association meeting across India and the Middle East.
Created financial models to evaluate both organic and M&A growth opportunities. Constructed detailed economic route forecasts for both international and domestic city pairs.
Created and delivered lectures in mathematics, calculus, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics to classes of between 40 and 60 students.
