  • End-to-End ownership of managing spray drying & multi effect evaporator projects worth INR 830 Mn in various industry segments like distillery/brewery, petrochemical, life sciences and Natural Resources.
  • Motivated engineering teams to re-engineer technical specifications, developed new vendors and assisted procurement teams in negotiating with suppliers/vendors resulting in reduced procurement costs by up to 20%. 
  • Documented critical project milestone during the complete life cycle of the project and successfully persuaded customers to obtain waiver on penalties, negotiated approval to scope changes to the tune of 12% of the order value of the project.

  • As Project Manager of Hitachi Plant Technologies Ltd, developed the complete project management plan for 45 kms of utility piping. Delegated daily plans and prioritized weekly targets for various team members and closely monitored and controlled progress of all deliverables.
  • As Project Manager for Potential Semac Consultants succeeded in achieving 2 months before schedule completion of brownfield PET Bottling plant project for SAB Miller’s Aurangabad Unit.   • As Manager of Boilers and Engineering Fabrication Dept. at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, was responsible for diverse ship repair activities of boilers re-tubing for frigates and aircraft carrier, foundry, insulation and heavy fabrication for ships and submarines.
