Assistant Manager, Implementation, Infrastructure technique
- Assess and monitor venue readiness conditions as a prerequisite to technology implementation.
- Managing a team of technicians, allocating resources, and ensuring the smooth implementation of technology at venues with challenging environments that are not conductive to IT equipment.
- Coordinate the delivery phase with the VANOC Logistics team who are supporting the venues.
- Manage unplanned situations by assigning activities to the appropriate team members and escalating issues effectively and efficiently to the Technology Operations Centre (TOC) as required.
