Atoosa Styc, of AVS Design and Management, brings more than a decade of experience to her clients in the property management industry.  Her duties involve the day to day supervision of of projects.  While not a contractor herself, she works closely with the contractor ensuring that the desires of the clients are implemented.  

Ms. Styc has supervised projects that cover a wide range of budgets up to millions of dollars.

Working with the client from the beginning of each job, Ms. Styc supervises the design process, including both the exterior and interior planning. She also ensures that the appropriate permits are obtained by licensed contactrors, and she works to resolve any permit issues that may arise. Atoosa Styc collaborates closely with project engineers and city planners as well, to confirm that all contractors and subcontractors work according to the guidelines of the project.  

Once each remodel or new construction project begins, Atoosa Styc manages the daily work on the site, always keeping budget requirements in mind in keeping in constant contact with the owner ensuring that all work is preapproved . To ensure quality work at all times, Ms. Styc supervises contractors and subcontractors.  She gives her full time attention to each and every project until completion.  

In addition to running her successful business, Ms. Styc spends time working for a variety of charitable organizations. She is particularly interested in contributing to children’s groups, with St. Jude’s Hospital, It’s All About the Kids Foundation, and Just in Time Foster Youth benefiting from her efforts.
