Responsible to set up the desserts to all outlets according to the hotel standard.
Responsible for daily pastry works which includes A la carte dessert and various international desserts for buffets.
Also we have banquet function and outside catering.
Responsible for maintaining all the paper works, temperature check, hygiene check, hot food and cold food temperature and all the HACCP procedure..
Maintain the basic hygiene and reduce the cost of the department to achieve the food cost.
Abiding by all hotel and company policies and procedures and adhering to all hotel heath and safety policies.
Conducting On the Job training and orientation for new colleagues.
Weekly wise maintaining the transfer paper and end of the month conducting monthly inventory.
