Summary

A good communication strategy is possible after a good understanding of your market, your audience, your targets....
Then it has to be tailored to the objectives you'll set.
There are so many ways to communicate and more today...it doesn't mean a communication plan needs to embed all ways but it's always good to have the choice.

During my career I've had the chance to handle different positions around this wide domain : from below the line communication to above the line (events, websites, contests organization, co-branding, direct marketing, promotion on POS supports, web and print advertising, PR, social...).

Another intersting aspect of my experience is internal communication : it's very interesting and different from marketing communication. The audience has specific expectations. It's even more interesting when it's about communication in a specific context (such as transformation in the organization, important business news impacting the company...).

I'm glad the area of communication or marketing communication is still evolving so that I'm getting more and more expertise and another important thing : difficult to get bored!

PR and Communication coordinator for the European video games publisher Goa. Goa was,the Gaming Unit of the Orange Group Content Division.

  • Management of the product’s Press Relations through the PR agencies and the EA partners
  • Coordination of the global communication plan to launch a new MMORPG in Europe :  « Warhammer  Online » (PR actions, media plan, viral  marketing)
