·Analyzed and monitored sales performance for the local supermarket chains and strategic wholesalers in Bangkok. Devised strategy to expand sales including streamlining operations along with introducing tailor-made promotion activities, cross merchandising, and cross promotion to create complementary usage as well as drive the total category in stores. Resulted in exceeding sales target by 33% in 2005 and expanding sales from 13 million baht in 2004, to 20 million in 2005.

·Supervised Product Consultants (PC) to ensure product visibility and smooth operations at store level.

·Introduced category signage and space management in strategic accounts to maximize space allocation to each brand as well as to create product visibility and to promote traffic at the store.

·Developed EDI Order system for strategic local supermarkets to enhance the accuracy of the ordering process.
