Raising capital for private equity deals in start up thru Pre-IPO stages. Focusing currently on green and clean technology, solar power, biofuel technology, biodiesel, and social networking, mobile application software technology and green hybrid autos. Also raising seed financing for company that has to do with giving money back to non-profits and charitable organizations. Raising funds for beverage company, sports news and fantasy sports. Secondary market investing for foreign investors in companies like Facebook and Twitter, margin financing available against securities. Debt funding for companies at any level 20k to 500m+.Always on the search for seed capital, angel investments and start ups.

Managed private client base of high net worth individuals including mergers and acquisitions, institutional block trading, two private and two publicly traded companies totaling over 100 million dollars. Directed successful business development, recruiting, and training of top company sales team. While at Trautman, invested clients into Myriad Genetics (MYGN) which as a privately invested company by Trautman at 5.60 went public and reached a high of 256 including stock splits, company was the first to successfully patent the breast cancer gene for women. Other achievements include M-Flash Disk Systems (FLSH) which was brought to Trautman at $2 per share and soared passed $100, after stock split bought out by SandDisk. Personally brought Comtech Communications to the company clients (CMTL) which over the last ten years went up over 3000% and is one of the best performing stocks of the decade. Invested in Metromedia Fiber Networks (MFNX ) privately at $2 per share which soared past 200 and split multiple times.

Organized completion of merger with brokerage firm adding over four hundred new clients. Invested in Celgene (CELG) which was one of the best performing stocks of the decade. Assisted in raise of one publicly traded Initial Public Offering on NASDAQ Exchange. Successfully acquired managerial license to head team of licensed account representatives as principal (series 24).
