  • On-going omniCRM campaign development, management and optimization of direct mail and digital/email marketing strategies including, but not limited to, pre campaign analysis, on-going campaign management, post campaign analytics, learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Digital Business and IT the implementation of new campaign management tool including front-end integration, email service provider integration and CRM integration with third party ecommerce provider, internal IT and email service provider.
  • Proactively prioritize and guide CRM campaign management tool system enhancements and recommend new capabilities to IT in order to meet business needs.
  • Responsible for companywide customer dashboards definition (in coordination with Marketing, Digital Business & Retail) and behavioral reporting in cooperation with 3rd party platforms and systems
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure customer data meets the quality and legal standards that allows for execution of successful, effective and efficient direct mail and email marketing campaigns, including data cleansing, security, feed management and trouble shooting.
  • Partner with internal IT team to understand all CRM datapoints and feeds travelling in and out of CRM and campaign management tool to ensure that all data is flowing correctly and for trouble shooting.
  • Optimize and increase CRM value both in store and digitally/online through CRM initiatives and data capture strategies, including at point of sale and through ecommerce
  •  Serve as the point person for the roll out of the omniCRM and loyalty program across countries.
