Accomplishments include taking over the training department. After talking to team, saw the lack of on the job training. Set a plan into action, and soon saw better quality food, better customer service, and interest from team for more education and promotions.  As the Manager on Duty during the yearly review with corporate, our store received a 97%, landing #1 in our region. My shifts WOW scores were 5/5, which led to receiving two Platinum Awards for Service and Customer Care.
