When I started working at Native, I first started out as a hostess. In this role, I was the first point of contact as customers came through the door and the last person they saw when they were leaving. I continued to learn to provide excellent customer service by using my personality and my social skills. Once I excelled at this position, I was promoted into a servant position. As a servant, I became knowledgeable with the menu and each ingredient that went into each dish. Furthermore, as a servant, I had to learn the alcoholic drinks and prices on the menu. This was a challenge but once I learned these items, I again was promoted. Presently, I am a bartender and viewed as a leader because of the knowledge and past work experience with Native.

Sales Associate


 As a sales associate, I was responsible for greeting customers, skillfully showcasing Victoria Secret's products and final checkout. During my employment at Victoria's Secret, I continuously met my sales goal and earned a bonus based on commission. I learned the importance of customer service, suggestive selling and profit for performance. I became the Angel of the month on February 2014 while working at Victoria's Secret.

Crew Member


 My job position at AMC improved my work ethic and leadership skills. I worked three positions during my employment at AMC: Greeter, Usher, and Cashier. As a Greeter, I warmly greeted every customer, showed customers to their destination and provided information. While ushering, I cleaned the lobby, bathrooms, and theaters. Lastly, I was entrusted to handle money during my closing shifts. In addition, I became a food handler and was able to serve guests their orders. In this position I learned the importance of the AMC reward system and used my social skills to influence customers the benefits of purchasing the AMC rewards card.
