NATIVE GRILL AND WINGS
When I started working at Native, I first started out as a hostess. In this role, I was the first point of contact as customers came through the door and the last person they saw when they were leaving. I continued to learn to provide excellent customer service by using my personality and my social skills. Once I excelled at this position, I was promoted into a servant position. As a servant, I became knowledgeable with the menu and each ingredient that went into each dish. Furthermore, as a servant, I had to learn the alcoholic drinks and prices on the menu. This was a challenge but once I learned these items, I again was promoted. Presently, I am a bartender and viewed as a leader because of the knowledge and past work experience with Native.
