Summary

I am a 17 year old senior at Valhalla high school, where I am involved and active member of the student body. I set high standards for myself in all that I do, I work hard to achieve goals that I've set for myself in school work and other extracurricular activities, such as my experience as head of ASB's Community Service, and this coming year's Senior Class Vice President. Because of my drive and discipline, I have developed great time management skills and work ethic, as well as exceptional people skills.

Summit of African Leadership Training Conference

Flood Church

This is an annual conference out on by a team from my church and our sister church in Lilongwe for the top college students from across Malawi, Africa. Malawi is one of the top 5 poorest countries in the world, so at this conference teach these students leadership skills about entrepreneurship, relationships, discipleship, and citizenship at the African Bible College in Lilongwe.  On this trip we also experienced much of the Malawian culture and built incredible relationships with the people we met, we visited a few villages and gave an afternoon leadership seminar to the staff of The Chisomo Idea, a non-profit run by our church's Local/Global Impact Pastor. At the conference, I led the discipleship section and taught a variety of leadership tools to the students.
