Ashleigh Birtsch, an accomplished sales professional, currently acts as the Assistant Community Manager of IMS, Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this position, Birtsch is responsible for maintaining a high level of occupancy at Lovell Crossing Apartments, a 288-unit luxury apartment complex. She has maintained an impressive occupancy rate since joining the company in 2008, garnering a promotion to the position of Lead Leasing Agent. Consistently recognized with the Triple Crown and Most Valuable Player Awards, Birtsch secured several exclusive corporate contracts and generated the maximum revenue per customer while with the company. In 2007, she joined the Knoxville-based copier distribution company Thermocopy as an Account Executive. She utilized her sales acumen to learn the products and create unique pricing proposals for customers, helping to develop and close deals with new customers.
