Forex Trading is trading currencies from different countries against each other. Forex is acronym of Foreign Exchange. For example, in Europe the currency in circulation is called the Euro (EUR) and in the United States the currency in circulation is called the US Dollar (USD).
MODIS refers to Middle Office Deal Input System.
The MODIS is basically to accept trades through different input systems. Then it is filtered to check the Forex trading and it is converted into proposals with some set of tasks based on the type of respective inputs. Later the proposals are converted into deals which are sent to the pricing system.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understanding the requirement and take an ownership to create and modify new tools to achieve the requirements.
- Front end development and testing activities.
