MSIL has focused on CSR themes-Skill development programs, road safety & awareness, community development.) Management: Responsible partnership & MoU with State skill development missions(State Govt.) to expand the vocational training program coverage across the country specifically tier 1&2 cities for dealerships to build quality manpower. Partnership with 10 states for) adoption & development as per mid-term vision. Conceptualized & executed the youth mobilization program for MSIL skilling program from rural women federation from 14 states(NRLM, RSLDC, JSLPS, CGSRLM etc.) Resource mobilization with states against the trainings conducted by MSIL in automotive sector.  ITI cluster development in Punjab, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh: New adoption of ITIs and operationalizing the SoP of MSIL development frame-work for quality training of students and placement in MSIL value chain. Linkages with PMKVY execution at MSIL training sites and implementation of MSIL automobile skill enhancement center(ASEC) at ITIs. Monitoring, Evaluation & New Initiative: Conducted MSIL ITI project assessment through Ernst & Young(EY) and developed future action plan. Responsible for monthly dash board, business review meeting report preparation, enhanced presence of CSR project in internal system of MSIL. To build visibility of the ITI project, regular development of“ Tarang” for monthly circulation to MSIL officials, central govt. ministry, state govt. and beneficiaries. Tracking regular update on financial expenditure, compliance for effective usage of resources through CSR meeting. First to implement driving training center(Maruti Driving school) for add on skill for ITI youths in ITI Varanasi-3 states(Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala) Apprenticeship Hiring & Manpower planning: Apprenticeship engagement as per plant requirement & sourcing. Manpower planning through different sources to meet manpower demand.

Consultant-) (CmF is acting as resource agency & technical partner of the MPoWeR project to support the thematic design, strategy & extending implementation support to the NGO partners on different themes. As a co-financier of the project, facilitating sub-grants to partners & Govt. for innovative practices & developing revenue based/impact based livelihoods prototype in the region.)


Grant & Partnership
Management: Responsible for annual expenditure of Rs 30 Cr through trust & GoR towards the project. Formulating 412 Cr Rupees project for tribal blocks(abu road, bali, gogunda & Pindwara) with SRTT & Govt. of Rajasthan that includes mF, livelihoods, WATSAN, health & education. Instrumental in scale up the livelihoods with 13000 families in agri, 8959 HHs in goat, 3000 HHs in Horticulture. Formulated sub-grant model in the frame of MPoWeR project to support project partners for impact based livelihoods prototype with ACF, Gravis, SRS, Urmul, SRIJAN & PRADAN(Total outlay of Rs 20 million). Conducted goat value-chain study at Abu Road along with Mackensy team. Formulation of goat based livelihoods prototype(backward & forward linkages), vet care support, management, infrastructure support-Goat shed & marketing support with 18000 families. Impact based livelihoods development in sub-sector of Vegetables cultivation(Tomato, chilli, brinjal, trellis) displaying cost-effectiveness of 1: 4 with 4000 families. Deployment of CRPs for capacity building of 26, 550 SHG members in livelihoods through krishi sakhi & Pashu sakhi. Development in web based SHG MIS for real time data track & financial management. Impact Assessment of STRIPES project implemented by Access Development services in Ranthambore.

Program Management:(Institution building, livelihoods, skill development & Financial Inclusion Anchor) Leading Community Institution Building program(4831 SHGs/400 VO/3 Federations) across six districts with 13 NGO partners in the project engaging 51, 923 families. Providing directions to SPMU, BPMU & FNGOs on building qualitative 5000 SHGs/400 VOs/3 Federation through review & systematic support design. Development of 400 community resource persons(CRPs) in the project area & deployment of CRPs for capacity building of 26, 550 SHG members. Deployment of CRPs for capacity building of 26, 550 SHG members in livelihoods through krishi sakhi & Pashu sakhi. Youth skill development program for 1500 youths through Rudseti, ambuja cement skill center pali and L&T ahemdabad in a period of 5 years under the project. Mapping of livelihoods with Mackensy-opportunity in skill development at abu road. Conducting trainings on financial literacy to the project staff & developed material with ISMW, Ahmedabad. Developed MCLP(micro-credit & livelihood planning) materials for 5000 SHGs & Documentary for financial literacy. Developed resource material for VOs & SHGs for review & self-grading. Credit mobilization of Rs. 3.97 Cr. from banks(SCB, ICICI & HDFC Bank) to SHGs. Developing context specific federations(Desert blocks-saving & credit based) & hybrid federation in south Rajasthan in Bali & Abu Road. Intensively focusing on building federations promotion at SRIJAN & CRP deployment processes with 13 reputed NGO partners. Designing & developing IEC material on IB program to support interventions at community level. Ensuring regular transfer of facilitation skills from project staff to community & innovations in community facilitation through Grass-root comics development Developing capacity building programs & follow up to enhance the SHGs quality through desired systems Responsible for Monitoring & support in thematic development of IB in working FNGO organizations. Development Apprentice

Development Apprentice Accountable for handling the entire gamut of MPOWER project including Identify, finalize & reporting various social, economical & environmental expectations of the“ stakeholders” in the territory. Assist the BPMU to prepare Annual plan and convergence Plan for the Block and initiate action for their implementation; Identify critical issues in project implementation and submit them to the BPMU for the consideration, and take actions to address the constraints at appropriate level; Ensure that the project financial and physical progress reports are submitted in compliance with the project documentation and requirements of IFAD and the government including the regular monitoring indicators; Ensure expenditures are incurred in accordance with the provisions in the Annual Work Plan and Budget; Organizing the Self Help Group(SHG) and making livelihood interventions among the groups such as agriculture, value chain study of goat rearing, INRM & youth skill building etc. Providing Guidance and Support to the work of VFs, CFs and other project related staffs and leading team of 15 members. Making presentations with external agencies regarding livelihood activities taking place in the area on behalf of team management as well as the community. Identify key training needs and plan for their execution in consultation with the Block PMU manager & centre of micro finance. Conducted goat value-chain study at Abu Road along with Mackensy team. Operating in Abu Road Block in 25 GP, 87 village with 9152 BPL families under MPOWER project(IFAD, CMF and Govt. of Rajasthan) Mobilized community and supported in 410 SHGs to form financial institutions. SHG promotion and institution building in cluster and federation approach, micro insurance and linkage with banks. Formulated 77 village development plans with SHG members in order to intervene in intended direction of development & our mission.  Mobilized program resources to the amount of 5.6 Cr. from MGNREGA for 436 BPL families for INRM activities. Mobilized development support cost to the amount of 19 lacs for Abu road project from MPOWER project. Prepared and Implemented Micro planning at grass root, village development plan & budgeting in
