Monitoring, Evaluation & New Initiative: Conducted MSIL ITI project assessment through Ernst & Young(EY) and developed future action plan. Responsible for monthly dash board, business review meeting report preparation, enhanced presence of CSR project in internal system of MSIL. To build visibility of the ITI project, regular development of“ Tarang” for monthly circulation to MSIL officials, central govt. ministry, state govt. and beneficiaries. Tracking regular update on financial expenditure, compliance for effective usage of resources through CSR meeting. First to implement driving training center(Maruti Driving school) for add on skill for ITI youths in ITI Varanasi-3 states(Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala) Apprenticeship Hiring & Manpower planning: Apprenticeship engagement as per plant requirement & sourcing. Manpower planning through different sources to meet manpower demand.

Management: Responsible for annual expenditure of Rs 30 Cr through trust & GoR towards the project. Formulating 412 Cr Rupees project for tribal blocks(abu road, bali, gogunda & Pindwara) with SRTT & Govt. of Rajasthan that includes mF, livelihoods, WATSAN, health & education. Instrumental in scale up the livelihoods with 13000 families in agri, 8959 HHs in goat, 3000 HHs in Horticulture. Formulated sub-grant model in the frame of MPoWeR project to support project partners for impact based livelihoods prototype with ACF, Gravis, SRS, Urmul, SRIJAN & PRADAN(Total outlay of Rs 20 million). Conducted goat value-chain study at Abu Road along with Mackensy team. Formulation of goat based livelihoods prototype(backward & forward linkages), vet care support, management, infrastructure support-Goat shed & marketing support with 18000 families. Impact based livelihoods development in sub-sector of Vegetables cultivation(Tomato, chilli, brinjal, trellis) displaying cost-effectiveness of 1: 4 with 4000 families. Deployment of CRPs for capacity building of 26, 550 SHG members in livelihoods through krishi sakhi & Pashu sakhi. Development in web based SHG MIS for real time data track & financial management. Impact Assessment of STRIPES project implemented by Access Development services in Ranthambore.

Providing directions to SPMU, BPMU & FNGOs on building qualitative 5000 SHGs/400 VOs/3 Federation through review & systematic support design. Development of 400 community resource persons(CRPs) in the project area & deployment of CRPs for capacity building of 26, 550 SHG members. Development Apprentice Accountable for handling the entire gamut of MPOWER project including Identify, finalize & reporting various social, economical & environmental expectations of the“ stakeholders” in the territory. Assist the BPMU to prepare Annual plan and convergence Plan for the Block and initiate action for their implementation; Identify critical issues in project implementation and submit them to the BPMU for the consideration, and take actions to address the constraints at appropriate level; Ensure that the project financial and physical progress reports are submitted in compliance with the project documentation and requirements of IFAD and the government including the regular monitoring indicators; Ensure expenditures are incurred in accordance with the provisions in the Annual Work Plan and Budget; Organizing the Self Help Group(SHG) and making livelihood interventions among the groups such as agriculture, value chain study of goat rearing, INRM & youth skill building etc. Providing Guidance and Support to the work of VFs, CFs and other project related staffs and leading team of 15 members.
