Long term vision is to make this category as a most preferred destination when this customer think to spend in travel retail genre. Accountabilities Range conceptualisation and preparing the assortment mix to ascertain assigned goals. Preparing the attributions & their contribution through balanced option planning to ascertain the margin plan. To formulate and coordinate all marketing promotion activities & communication plan for the department. Ensuring the constant innovation in packaging & range display. Performance analysis and amendments. Tracking weekly sales & margin and corrections. To get team involved in common goals set for the season or particular period, it includes the operations, Visual display, and logistics. Achievements Redefined whole category with changes in assortment which led the turn around and double digit LTL growth. Change of Ordering process basis A, B, C analysis & sales trends. Space rationalisation for Non moving Brands/Articles. Created several analytical reports specially to address the product lifecycle. I enriched my exposure on various business models. I still enjoy the personal recognition, rapport and support in these industries which makes my all stints well connected and successful. Achievements Footwear Redefined the brand assortments which led Footwear category to become a destination. Successfully launched the private labels Haute Curry, V. F, Life in Footwear category. Conceptualised & achieved the private label contribution from 5% to 16 % for footwear.
