I put myself through culinary school and achieved my diploma in culinary practice.
After course I was fortunate enough to land a job with Sudima Hotel. In my time there I was recognised as the very first employee of the month and became promoted within my first year of working there. Being a brand new Hotel I assisted the Head Chef at the time with the kitchen set up, ordering and prepping up our entire menu. My main roll was breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, morning and afternoon tea for conference guests and staff meals. Also a la carte breakfast and lunch. I helped the apprentice at that time in achieving his level 3 and level 5 qualification in cookery
After Sudima Hotel which kick started my career I have been consistently working full time in Restaurants and cafe's which enhanced my baking skills and al a carte. I am very compassionate when it comes to cooking and take alot of pride in the presentation and flavours of any dishes I present.
To work for a company that will increase my current skill level to achieve my "ultimate goal" of becoming a highly recognised Head Chef.
