Helped start the social impact practice at BCG India

  • Coordinated the efforts of the United Nations World Food Programme, Government of India and the appointed vendors to execute the successful rollout of a 0.5mn USD project in rural India.
  • The solution was selected for the Regional Finals of the BCG Strategy Olympics in 2007

Solely responsible for streamlining the logistics and manufacturing processes of more than 5 cement plants for a major client.
