  • Design and installation of an Automatic Power Changeover System for CEB

      This project is designed for power supply applications, it involves automatic changeover             between the main power supply and an auxiliary power supply.

      Main units used : Omron CP1E PLC, phase failure relay, Power synchronization relay.

  • PLC/HMI based water level monitoring and controlling system for CEB

      water level on the reservoir is a critical factor of hydro power generation. Project                           intended to design and implement a system to continuously monitor and alarming on                 critical conditions.

      Main units used : Siemens S7-300 series PLC, Siemens OP177B HMI, Ultrasonic distance                                          measurement sensors.

  • Automated  Prayer time clock panel for Saudi Arabian oil Company.

      This project is designed for  display the each and every Islamic prayer time values in a day.        If actual time reaches to prayer time which is giving alarm signal for controlling the lighting        systems and access door system in the Mosque.  

       Main units used : Omron CJ1M PLC , B7A04 PLC interface module,NS8 HMI screen,M7E                                            digital display, OC201 modules, ID201modules   

  • Temperature monitoring system for DGM cold store.

      This real-time temperature monitoring system is capable of performing some functions             from a client computer such as Monitoring of present value temperature and door open             /closed state of each cold store,record (Log) temperature and door open / closed events           with date and time and generate reports for recorded historical data for predefined queries.

      Main units used : Omron CJIG-H PLC, CX-Supervisor SCADA software, KEPware OPC                                                   server,Omron ETN21 ethernet module,OmronTS562 RTD input units.

  • Omron vision system for Green planet industries.

      Making a vision system which is being used to read the 2D code, bar code as well as the             production date and expiry date of the products in order to identify the product is fine,                 before distribute to the market.

      Main units used : Omron FZ5 vision controller, FZ-S intelligent cameras, CP1E PLC, Omron                                         NQ3 HMI, Omron E6C2 encorder,E3Z sensors.

  • Escalator control panel by Using Omron MX2 VFD for ETA Melco.

      An escalator is a moving staircase – a conveyor transport device for carrying people                   between floors of a building. The device consists of a motor-driven chain of                                   individual, Variable frequency drive (VFD) plays a major role, which drives the motor                     smoothly in this project Pre programmed VFD is controlling the motor according to specific       conditions.

       Main units used : Omron MX2 VFD

  • Omron ZEN programmable relay for Escalator main control panel.

      This project is designed to control the escalator by using Omron ZEN.the installed program        is controlling the MX2 vfd and alarms according to input signals such as safety inputs,                persons detection sensor inputs,etc..

       Main units used : Omron ZEN10-C1,ZEN-8E1 expansion module.

  • Troubleshooting of automated machinery

     Hands on experience in  troubleshooting of Omron C200H,CJ1M,CJ2M, CQM1H, CPM2A,           CJ1G PLC's and their expansion modules.
