- Ensuring the implementation of TL9000 process.
- First line of support and maintenance within stipulated time frame.
- Escalation/Dispatching and notification for troubleshooting to SLM.
- Escalation to management for information and necessary actions.
- Ownership of problem by following up with various SLM groups until resolution.
- Following up procedures for efficient solution.
- Reporting on full image of network unavailability and QoS.
- Managing the record of each fault and correct follow-up using HP Service Manager.
- Ensuring implementation of all technical processes relevant to network operations.
