Objective

My objective is to grow as a Phlebotomist. Eventually I will return to school to become a Lab Technician. I want to make the patient have a great experience when coming to me. I want each patient to see that not everyone that draws blood will hurt them. I have a soft touch when it comes to my job. I can reassure, that with me, a patient  will feel comfortable instead of anxiety.
